To keep things straightforward, we've compiled a list of potential fees you may come across as a current or future resident. This allows you to easily understand your upfront and ongoing costs. To budget for your fixed monthly expenses, simply add your base rent to the Essentials and any Personalized Add-Ons you choose. Our aim is to make budgeting effortless, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable living experience.

  • Application Fee $50.00 / One-Time Per applicant / guarantor
  • Renter's Insurance Variable / Per Month Residents must maintain an active policy or will be charged a $20 non-compliance monthly fee
  • Window Guard Fee $20 / Per Window / One-Time Required by law if a child 10 or younger resides in the apartment
  • First Month's Rent One Month's Rent Due at lease signing
  • Amenity Fee $45.00 / Per Month Per Household
  • Security Deposit Variable / One-Time

  • Pet Screening $25.00 / One-Time Per pet
