Pay Rent with ClickPay
For the convenience of our residents, Newport offers rent payment through ClickPay. New users can create an account here to pay rent and monthly utilities online for free from a checking or savings account (credit card transactions will incur a small fee). ClickPay also makes it possible to set up monthly payments and review your account payment history, in addition to saving you time and hassle. Find ClickPay through our residents portal.
The Newport Portal is an easy access site dedicated to providing resident news, information on upcoming events, and online services for our residents. Use the Newport Portal to file and track maintenance requests, quickly and conveniently pay rent online, receive important building announcements, and stay in touch! The portal is the most efficient way to communicate maintenance issues and get any problems fixed as soon as possible. It’s easy to sign up here.

When you need assistance of any kind, our courteous and professional management team is always prepared. In addition to our professionally attended lobbies, Newport is staffed with a fantastic and helpful on-site customer service team. Should you need help with any administrative or maintenance problems, issues, or concerns, please call (201) 626-2053 or visit us in-person at our Customer Service Office at 20 River Drive South.
