This sprawling waterfront oasis, stretching across over four acres of land, abounds with outdoor possibilities. Grab a friend for some ping-pong, tennis on our courts, or maybe a game of catch on our well-maintained turf playing field. Sprawl out with a good book in the sun or grab the kiddies for a ride on the Carousel. There’s something for everyone at Newport Green!
Dinner on the Lawn
Missing dinner with friends, but not quite ready for the whole restaurant scene yet? A picnic on the beautifully landscaped lawns of Newport Green is the perfect alternative! There’s enough space here for residents to spread out a blanket and keep the appropriate distance from others, all while still appreciating the delight of outdoor dining.
Puppy Playdate
Newport’s very own Dog Run is a clean and beautiful spot to let your dog safely enjoy off-leash freedom. Meet up with a furry neighbor for a puppy play date--the faux grass, fenced in security, and state-of-the art equipment is exclusive to our Newport community.

Also part of Newport Green park, our sandy urban beach is the only one of its kind on the Hudson River. With views of the Hudson and Lower Manhattan, the Hudson River Waterfront Walkway is just the place to go for a light jog, walk, or bike ride.
