New Spring Classes at Newport Swim & Fitness

If you haven't been to Newport Swim & Fitness lately, now is a great time to get back and take advantage of their new spring schedule. Some of their new classes include BollyX, an Indian cardio workout, and Slam Camp, which teaches proper technique for kettle bell swings, dead lifting, squats, and more.
