Newport Pickleball SkyCourts
We're thrilled to announce that our brand new pickleball SkyCourts are open for the season. The SkyCourts are located on the roof deck of the Atlantic Garage. The courts are open to residents of the Atlantic, Riverside, East Hampton, and Southampton buildings. Please bring your own equipment.
Courts are available on a first come first serve basis. The courts are free of charge to building residents. Please be courteous to your neighbors at all times and don’t hold courts if someone is waiting to play.

HOURS OF OPERATION: Daily, 10 AM to Dusk, seasonally
LOCATION: Atlantic Garage Roof deck - street entrance is between Atlantic and Riverside buildings
COURT PLAY TIME:
In order to allow as many people as possible to enjoy our pickleball courts, each player or group will be limited to 30 minutes of court play time. This will help ensure that everyone has a chance to play and enjoy the game.
Pickleball is a physically demanding and potentially dangerous sport, play is at your own risk. Playing is an acceptance of that risk and acknowledgment that property owner bears no responsibility for any damage or injury that may result therefrom.
Property owner bears no responsibility for the loss or damage to any items, valuables or other property incurred while using the pickleball courts.
