Join Newport Swim & Fitness for an evening of Yoga and light refreshments. Each session is 40 minutes long with small breaks in between.

  1. Loop and Spirals: Learn how to achieve proper alignment and optimize physical blueprint in each pose
  2. Power Yoga: Learn how to bring it up a notch
  3. Creativity: Learn how to use Yoga to facilitate creativity
  4. Inversions: Learn how to balance and invert
